Greycoat Lumleys' Client is looking for a Chef from the 7th September until the 14th September 2020 at Beautiful Property in Stirlingshire.

The week would consist of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinners, with Champagne Reception on the Friday evening for 16 Guests.

The week is a birthday celebration for the client, who is looking to make his Birthday memorable. The Principal is flexible for food options and likes Modern British Cuisine. 

The meals would be:

  • Breakfast Buffet- Simple breakfast food & a selection of Eggs
  • Lunches- Quiches, Sandwiches and Soups, cold meats etc (Light Lunches)
  • Dinners- 2 Courses and cheese board

On the Tuesday there will be a more formal lunch and Dinner for 9 people

On Friday there will be a Champagne Reception followed by a Multi Course Dinner for 16 Guests

On Saturday there will be a more formal Lunch and Dinner for 16 Guests

Washing up and clearing up will have to be done by the Chef

An Assistant and Waiting Staff would also be required to help with the 16 People from the Friday onwards

Rate: £150-£200 per day plus 45p Per Mile travel
