Greycoat Lumleys client is a shooting estate on the stunning Isle of Lewis. They are looking for a chef to finish the season cooking for their guests who have all been coming to the lodge for many years. They’re looking for someone to cook breakfast, picnic lunch, afternoon tea and 3 course dinner for 8 people working 6 days out of 7. The guests are very set in the menu’s that they like to have but there is some room for creativity with the starters and desserts. You will also be required to do all the shopping, though there are staff to help with service and cleaning dishes etc. You will also be responsible for staff food for around 8-10 staff. This is a lovely shooting lodge with great clients who could be looking for someone to do a considerable part of the season next year too.
Rate of pay: £110 per day plus ~£200 per week tips
