Temp to Permanent Chef required on an estate in Wiltshire
A client of Greycoat Lumleys are looking for an ambitious and experienced Head Chef to prepare
meal for the Principal family of five (three children) in a beautiful 12 bedroom house in Salisbury, as
well as the shoot weekends which start from September to January.
The house has a professional working kitchen and the shoots range from 9 to 18 guests (they are
happy to get in additional help for the larger numbers).
This candidate must be passionate about cooking with and butchering game.
The family like healthy British, Italian and Mediterranean meals. The family have property in Italy so
the right candidate could travel with them.
The Chef will ensure that the highest standards of food, service and quality are maintained, attention
to detail is key.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Head Chef
START: End of July
HOURS PER WEEK: 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
DAYS OFF: Tuesdays and Wednesdays
ACCOMODATION: Included this will be a flat or cottage on the estate
SALARY: Depending on experience.
