Our client, a Highly Esteemed Private Members’ Club in Central London are looking for the ideal Candidate to bring on board as their Club Manager. We are seeking someone with an abundance of charisma, and ability to continuously deliver impeccable service skills.


About the Role:

  • A hands on role managing a Private Members Club in Central London

  • You will lead, coach, develop, support and inspire a team of at least 20 staff to be the best they can be every day.

  • Ability to manage financial budgets – maximizing revenue opportunities, and minimizing costs.

  • Creating and inspiring a culture of service excellence to ensure total member satisfaction.

  • Ensuring the Club’s Hygiene, Health & Safety Standards are met at all times.

  • We want to see a proven record in a similar role delivering 5 star service.




The ideal client will have:

  • Previous relevant experience in a 5 star establishment, able to provide excellent guest service skills

  • The ability to manage a team of 20 or more

  • The ability to work well under pressure

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • An excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written

  • A polite, friendly, and professional manner towards internal and external guests

  • Extensive food and beverage knowledge, including excellent wine knowledge

  • Food Hygiene, Safety and Health & Safety qualifications are necessary

  • You will ideally have experience working in prestigious establishments, 5 star Private Members Clubs, Michelin or Rosette Establishments



Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
