Greycoat Lumleys regular client are seeking a courteous and professional individual to join their Concierge Team to assist with the smooth running and day-to-day operation of the front desk.

Our Client need someone passionate about delivering only the best customer service to all our residents, catering to their needs and ensuring all exceptionally high standards are met at all times.

 

 

About the Role:

  • A Concierge role where you will be expected to provide professional, efficient service at all times, catering to guests individual needs

  • You will be expected to have a comprehensive knowledge and capability to perform all duties, and tasks in the work place

  • You will need to put in place, and monitor effective procedures for the residential management team

  • You will be in direct communication with residents, leaseholders and their agents, identifying areas of concern, issuing correspondence and resolving day to day management and maintenance matters

  • Ensuring that all Health & Safety checks are completed, daily

  • Liaising with the estate management team on the operation of the car park and allocation and management of storage lockers

 

 

About You:

  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and able to deliver exceptional service to all residents, catering to their individual needs, with at least 1 years’ experience working in High End residential or hospitality environment

  • You will have a good overall education to GCSE level, or equivalent

  •  You will have a good understanding of the principle aspects of legislation relating to the management of Residential Property Law

  • An ability to understand complex legal documents, such as leases

  • You will have knowledge of Health & Safety including COSHH and RIDDOR and carrying out risk assessments, and a working knowledge of Health and Safety requirements and legislation

  • Excellent communication is necessary, as well as the ability to work well as part of a team 

  • The ability to work to a deadline in a pressurized environment is essential

  • SIA License and IRMP level 1 or 2 will benefit you, as well as any Health & Safety qualifications
