Couples Job nr Ludlow Shropshire - asap start - accommodation provided - £44,000 gpa for full-time, part-time also considered for the Housekeeper

Our client is looking for a hands on Couple to incorporate Caretaker  / Gardener & Housekeeper to look after a large family home near Ludlow.  The right Couple will be a versatile, hands on all-rounders who will assist with the running of the house and must have the ability to work alone or as part of a team.  Based in rural Shropshire, candidates should be comfortable living in the countryside, and have a proactive approach to work.

Main duties to include:

• Help with gardening
• Assist with looking after pets (including exercising)
• Property and grounds maintenance
• Occasional Driving/Chauffeuring
• Care-taking/security
• Assisting with social events
• Housekeeper can be full-time or part-time to cover a range of duties including hands on cleaning, basic cooking, laundry working with the existing Housekeeper.

Candidate Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude
• Will be a confident driver ( Full and clean driving license)
• You will be able to take initiative and manage your own workload
• Experience in a domestic setting is essential
• Be animal friendly

Details:

Live in – essential, with private two bedroom flat within the house - rent and council tax free, utility bills covered by the employer. Sorry no pets

08:30 – 17:30 5 days per week, two consecutive days off per week for the Caretaker / Gardener (full-time) and flexible if full-time or part-time for a partner for Housekeeping

£24,000 gpa for the Caretaker / Gardener (full-time) and £20,000 gpa for the Housekeeper (full-time) or £10.00 per hour (part-time)

28 days holiday per year
