We are proud to be working on this role exclusively for a prime collection of residences in the Middle East. Based in one of the more sought after locations in the Region, this Deputy General Manager position is a key and fundamental position within this well organised and large team.
With a total staff of over 300 people, we naturally are only seeking those with a minimum 10 years experience, with at least 4 of those years as a Manager/facility Manager in a similar type of establishment or 5* luxury resort/hotel.
Some key duties will be:
Provide necessary trainingMotivate employees to complete tasks to the highest standardsEnsure that good communication is maintainedTo make sure quarters and cafeterias are kept well maintained.Handle grievances and take necessary action if needed.Conduct performance reviews for each employee The total Package for this position will be circa £60,000 - 75,000 this includes other benefits, including full visa and accommodation for a married partner and children.
