A returning client of Greycoat Lumleys is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their household team based near Ellesmere Shropshire.    This role will be mainly based working from a private estate on the Cheshire / Shropshire / Wales border and could offer the flexibility of a combination of working from home depending on the candidate.  The principle is a CEO of a highly successful commercial finance business with offices in Chester.   This role will be to support the CEO whereby you will be responsible for managing both his personal and professional life as well as helping in running the estate.

In addition to working directly for the CEO you will also be heavily involved in household management and coordinating with other members of the household staff to ensure that the property is run to a high standard.  This role is based in a rural location so a country lover is essential and the idea candidate would have previous experience working within a private household / estate environment.

The main duties include:

Deal directly with matters not requiring a Director's personal attention, actioning correspondence on their behalf.

Coordinate meetings and/or conferences and make travel arrangements.

Management of all correspondence, both professional and personal

Management and recruitment of household staff and schedules, building excellent working relationships

Liaison with suppliers and contractors, maintaining and building relationships

Liaison with other staff members within the principal's companies with a willingness to assist with duties as required

Managing utilities, expenses, payments of household bills and the sale of assets

Running errands when required including personal shopping

Travel organisation and itineraries, accommodation, transportation, and transfers

Assisting with event planning

Other administrative and organisational duties on request

Driver essential

This will be a full-time role, 40 hours per week with flexibility required

Mid-August start

£30,000+ gpa
