Our client are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive F1 Logistics and Operations Manager to join their ever-growing team for an exciting new role.

You will manage and facilitate all back of house movements of the company, ensuring accurate and efficient running of day-to-day operations.

About the Role:

  • To keep an accurate and up to date database of all equipment and good, and be able to manage accordingly

  • To recognise and, report and provide solutions for any anomalies

  • To manage and assist in the safe and effective unload, set up, break down and pack down of all equipment at locations, reporting any anomalies, damages or suggestions when necessary

  • Managing sourcing of equipment and supplies, with consideration to budgets

  • You will be responsible for driving and operating all rental vehicles, and transporting the team as and when required

  • Be able to proactively assist in the kitchen when necessary

 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Forklift Truck License is a MUST

  • Valid Driving License is essential

  • Professional Racing Circuit Experience is necessary (F1, F2, F3, Indy Racing or Equivalent)

  • An enthusiastic, pro-active personality who will bring energy and efficiency to the team

  • Able to maintain a professional and diligent attitude throughout long days in un-conventional and ever-changing environments

  • Be able to motivate, encourage and mentor other members of the team

  • A positive individual who will be able to represent the company in a professional manner in all situations

  • Be able to recognise where assistance is needed within the departments, and provide support
