A client of ours - a luxury hotel, has a great opportunity for an experienced hands on hotel General Manager seeking a new challenge, to manage the stunning 4 * 29 bedroom property located close to Lochness in the Scottish Highlands.

You:
- Are a strong leader with attention to detail
- Will recruit, train, and develop your team
- Will have successful sales initiatives to drive the business
- Can work under pressure and will be with your team when times get tough.
- Will oversee the day-to-day management of the hotel
- Will lead and motivate a well organised and professional Front of House team including recruitment, training, and HR.
- Have proven experience in achieving agreed financial targets and business growth through focus on GP’s, budgets, and staff management.
- Will regularly update social media including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Trip Advisor and Google+.
- Will thrive being part of creative team and will look at ways to implement new ideas and strategies to bring more people to the business.
- Will drive sales within all departments.
- Have extremely high customer service skills and an ability to build and maintain relationships with the local community and customer base.
- Have strong financial acumen.
The Role:
- Providing intuitive service with an absolute understanding of the guests needs to create exceptional service and experiences
- Ensuring excellent customer service at all the times and dealing with guest’s feedback.
- Assigning tasks and coordination shift patterns, timetables and staff leave.
- Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards.
