We are seeking a new Manager to be the Head of Food and Beverage, and Hospitality with a modern approach to leadership looking for a role they can grow within and make their own. Our client are a fast-growing, ahead-of-the-trends Company currently providing exquisite shared office spaces in four London venues, and soon to be expanding into Europe.
Each venue boasts a beautiful, Members Only Café, providing a serene and beautifully decorated environment for members to enjoy.
Our ideal candidate will have a modern approach, and be passionate about growing with this creative brand. We are seeking someone with a keen eye for detail, able to keep our company ahead of the trends in the environmentally conscious market.
What you will need to do:
You will be responsible for handling all aspects of the company ranging from bespoke menu design to vibey corporate and private events.
Healthy bespoke breakfast and lunch menu’s designed specifically for each individual building.
City Venue boasts a bar operating from 6pm onwards and breath-taking rooftop views, which you will manage and control, renting out to private clients for Corporate Events.
Exciting weekly and monthly Members Events such as Breakfast Mornings, and Member’s Drinks Evenings, Summer Parties & Christmas parties to be planned and executed by you.
Brand development, and staying ahead of international trends with regards to décor, healthy living and environmental sustainability.
You will have extensive management experience and event management experience.
Impeccable attention to detail and an ultimate sense of pride in all that you do.
Able to manage the entire staff life cycle process from recruitment, to interviewing new staff members to managing staff.
Able to provide both weekly and monthly GPD reports, reporting directly to the Operations Manage.
Demonstrated ability to maximize profits and minimize expenditure, successfully handling budgets.
Hotel / Luxury Retail / Food Hall Experience is an advantage
Impeccable standards for Corporate Event Planning, ensuring successful Breakfasts, Drink’s Evenings, Christmas Parties etc.
Entrepreneurial individual with a creative vision able to take initiative.

Salary: £45,000 Base + 10% KPI Bonus
