We are hiring a Michelin trained Head of Pastry to join an exceptional Events Catering Company in South West London.

Our client pride themselves on their creative, highly personal approach and beautiful, delicious food and want a Head of Pastry who will share the same passion. This is a fantastic role for an ambitious, creative and sparky chef looking for an exciting new challenge.


 As the Head of Pastry you will:

  • Have previous experience in a High Volume kitchen with a Michelin or Rosette background in Pastry

  • Be meticulous in the desserts and pastries you present, being passionate about beautiful presentation. Have a perfectionist attitude in the way you present your dishes.

  • Have strong leadership skills, able to lead the Pastry Team by example, and able to generate respect from your team with a good nature and excellent people skills

  • Be creative and show excellent attention to detail, and have a keen interest in innovation and creating new menu ideas

  • Have a good understanding of leading culinary trends within the UK, ensuring your team stays on top

  • Have strong organizational skills and be able to put successful systems in place to ensure the smooth running of your team

  • Have a pro-active approach to work, being flexible with hours and extremely passionate about your role

  • Have excellent knowledge of Health and Safety and Hygiene within a kitchen



Hours: 40 Hours

Salary: £40,000, plus overtime
