We are seeking a Michelin trained, Head Pastry Chef to join an Events Catering company based in South West London.

The company prides itself on their creative, highly personal approach and superb food. The Pastry Head Chef will work in the Pastry team to create food for their events, such as canapé parties, dinners, large banquets, private parties etc.

This is a fantastic role for someone with a Michelin star background who is ambitious, creative and sparky, and is looking for a role that will be a new challenge for them.

 

 

The ideal candidate will:

  • be highly organized and creative.

  • have excellent leadership abilities to lead the pastry team.

  • have had volume experience before, and have worked as a Pastry Chef in other catering and events companies.

  • have excellent attention to detail, be strong on presentation and have a love and interest in innovation and creating new menus ideas.

  • able to generate respect from the other members of the team with a good nature and good people skills.

  • be ambitious, reliability, and flexibility with hours.

  • hard working attitude and proactivity are all key characteristics for candidates in this role.

  • A Michelin background is a must.

 

 

Hours: 40 Hours

Salary: up to £40,000 gross per annum basic, with overtime
