Job Summary

We are looking for the person who will be responsible for managing the private property in a beautiful rural region of Italy. 

Four private villas, special facilities and a Guest House will fall under the Estate Managers remit 

This person will be responsible for the overall day-to-day activities and coordination of the property management making sure that all areas of environment run smoothly and work together successfully.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Manage property and staff on a daily basis representing the owner in this process

• Welcoming and accommodating private guest

• Organise small events at the place and coordinate vendors

• Perform regular site visits, arrange and monitor all on-going maintenance/construction projects performed by external contractors;

• Inspecting and arranging maintenance to meet standards

• Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers, travel agencies, event/conference planners etc

• Suggest and implement new ideas for the property improvements

• Support property owners in their life at the estate

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years in Property management

• Experience in events-management

• Fluency in Italian and English

• Being ready for the specific private requests 24/7

• Great decision making and problems solving skills

• Creativity and passion to work
