Housekeeper Server Job

Greycoat Lumleys’ client are looking for a proactive individual to join their team at an exclusive use property in the Scottish Borders from mid 29th of August to the end of November 2022.  We have this role every year and the candidates enjoy the work and the environment.  The guests are shoot parties and some return year after year.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work in luxury high end hospitality or who is planning on going on a ski season as a chalet host in the winter and would like to gain valuable experience. The property and its staff provide the best experience of the Scottish Borders to the guests and do so in a friendly and welcoming manner. The property caters for up to 18 guests but this can on occasions be as low as 6 depending on bookings. An individual who works well in a team and who prides themselves on their work would be highly desirable for this position.

Duties will include:

• Assisting the housekeeping team
• Ensuring all guests are happy and their needs are catered for
• Maintaining the property’s high standards
• Serving drinks

There is no requirement for a driver but if you had your own car this would be beneficial given the rural location.

They would be delighted to have prospective candidates come to visit the property and meet the team prior to starting.

Dates: 29th August to end November 2022 (flexible if you can only do half of the booking)

Rate of Pay: £120 per day - flexible depending on experience 

Accommodation: Own cottage with bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchen (this is decorated to the same standard of the main property)
