Part Time Housekeeper Job in Barnes, London

A family of five living in South West London is looking for a child-friendly housekeeper to help in their five-bedroom home in Barnes.

They have three teen age children aged who are all full time schooled and 2 of them study away at boarding school.

Driving is a bonus but not essential.

Duties to include:

• Cleaning and tidying up
• Organising cupboards
• Laundry and ironing, including business shirts
• Cooking simple family meals daily from scratch
• Babysitting 1-2 times a week
• BONUS: Helping out occasionally with proxy parenting at weekends if the parents are away on work trips

The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who is warm, professional, discrete and happy to become a part of the family. Good command of English is essential.

House: 3 storey house

Hours: 25-28 hours a week, Monday to Friday morning OR afternoon OR 3 full days

Salary: £16-£19 gross per hour (depending on tax code)
