Junior Sous Chef Job 

 A lovely 2 Rosette in a beautiful hotel in the countryside of Devon is looking for a Junior Sous Chef. This is a great opportunity for passionate and ambitious Chefs to join the role of Junior Sous ASAP

Responsibility:

  • Working in a busy kitchen.
  • Producing delicious food to the Rosette quality already in place 
  • Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with the management of the kitchen
  • Being creative and coming up with ideas
  • Being a force for good in the kitchen 

You:

  • Love food and are passionate about ingredients and flavors
  • Have had experience as a Junior Sous Chef 
  • Come from a background where quality is key but you also understand volume and busy kitchen environments
  • Potentially come from a Rosette background. If not, you have a passion for learning and love working at that level.
