Live in OR Live Out Housekeeper job near Didcot, Oxfordshire 

We are looking for an experienced housekeeper to look after a family and their beautiful fully staffed home on a large country estate.  The role is primarily hands on housekeeping.  We are looking for an all rounder, someone who is friendly, dependable and proactive - who has an eye for detail, takes pride in their work , happy to be flexible and who works well in a team. The family also have friendly dogs so you must be pet friendly and happy to help with them on occasion.    

Duties

• Hands on cleaning to a very high standard.
• Laundry – washing, ironing
•  Cleaning up after meals (no cooking)
• Change beds and towels daily. 
• Wardrobe management and the care of an expensive wardrobe
• Organising and keeping everything in the home to a very high standard
• Working in a team

Partners will be considered if they are happy to work on the estate. No pets can be accommodated.

Driving is not essential, but would be preferred  

Hours Monday - Friday + Weekends on rotation, 9-5pm approx. 40 hours per week with flexibility  

Accommodation  Own Bedroom and Bathroom in a self-contained separate staff cottage, (kitchen and sitting area shared with the other housekeeper)

Salary £35-40k GPA
