Live-in or live-out Nanny Job, South Kensington, London, Salary negotiable, Starts ASAP

 

Italian/Spanish family based in South Kensington are looking for an Italian or Spanish speaking Nanny to assist with the care of their 3 children’ boys aged 3 and 2 and girl aged 2 months (the baby has a Maternity Nurse employed to care for her until Christmas). The position is shared charge working alongside another full-time Nanny and Mum. The family are looking for a kind, organised and polished Nanny who is able to keep up with 2 active little boys!

 

 

Duties

  • All nursery duties relating to the children and cooking for the children

  • Organising the children’s wardrobes and toys

  • Packing for travelling

  • Nursery runs (the 3 year old attends nursery part-time)

  • Taking to activities, classes and playdates

  • Working as part of a team with the other Nanny

Specification

  • Days – 5 or 6 day week working alternate weekends (so one week the Nanny has Sat/Sun off and the next week the Nanny has Tue/Wed off)

  • Hours – 12 hours per day

  • Babysitting – 2 evenings per week

  • Accommodation – Own bedroom and bathroom

  • Languages – Italian or Spanish speaker required

  • Driver – Bonus although not essential

  • Travel – The Nanny must be flexible to travel with the family for approximately 8 weeks per year (worldwide) including a longer trip over the Summer

  • Salary – Live-in; £39,000-£43,000 gross per year for a 5 day week (£550-£600 net per week) and £48,000-£53,000 gross per year for a 6 day week (£660-£720 net per week)

Live-out; £53,000 gross per year for a 5 day week (£720 net per week) and £66,000 gross per year for a 6 day week (£865 net per week)
