Live Out Hard Landscaping Maintenance Job, Surrey 

Our returning client is looking for an experienced maintenance person to take care of all hard landscaping requirements at a family home on a private estate in Virginia Water, Surrey. The highly aesthetic property, with luxury exteriors, requires the greatest of standards in maintaining its outside space, in-keeping with the wishes of the homeowner.The successful candidate would be able to work individually and as part of a wider team, alongside three Gardeners and fellow Maintenance staff. 

The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, meticulous in maintaining the high standards required and take pride in their work, underpinned by reliability, trustworthiness and the utmost discretion. 

Duties include:

• Reporting to the Maintenance Manager
• Maintain all hard exterior surfaces, including exterior lighting, artwork, stonework, sculpture, paintwork and furniture.
• Cleaning of cars and windows
• Maintenance of irrigation and cleaning of equipment and following the general maintenance schedule

Please also note that a driver’s licence is required as the role may also necessitate occasional driving duties.

Working Days and Hours: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 GPA
