Our client is seeking to hire a live-out Household Manager to take care of their large Manhattan residence. Currently, this is one of the Family's primary residences and they and other parts of the family will use the residence for casual visits at least once a month. You will supervise and manage full time staff  (currently 9 full-time maintenance and cleaning staff) as well as extra staff who may visit at peak times. You will report to the International Estate Manager. Your duties shall include but are not limited to: Staff supervision Recruit and train new members of staff Management of maintenance schedules Care of Artwork Coordinating activities such that the household runs smoothly, including contractors, deliveries, opening up and closing down the house daily, taking care of visitors and guests, answering the telephone etc. Running household accounts Being responsible for the overall security of the house. Running of general errands Concierge services 

This is a live-out position and ideally we will only consider candidates with experience of managing homes in New York and the wider area. 

Salary is circa $150,000 per annum + benefits
