A professional couple with 2 daughters aged 16 & 17 years old are looking for an experienced full time Housekeeper to join their family. They reside in a 3 storey, 4 bedroom house and they also have 2 small Kooikerhondje dogs. They are an informal family but they do require someone who has high standards. The house is ‘’arts and crafts style’’ featuring a mixture of modern contemporary and antique furnishings and they are looking for someone who can clean efficiently while paying attention not to damage anything.

Both parents work full time and the children are both full time schooled in London

Your main duties will involve:

  • Cleaning, to include the care of natural stone surfaces and valuable pieces of artwork
  •  Laundry and ironing
  • Sorting the dry cleaners and the items to be hand washed in-house
  • Walking the dogs daily
  • Running the house
  • Keeping the house clean and tidy at all times
  • Running general errands
  • BONUS: cooking simple family style meals on occasions
  • BONUS: if they found a driver, they would love the person to help on occasions to drop the children off to their after school activities

The ideal candidate will be a ‘’pet lover’’, able to take initiative and be detail oriented.

A driver is desired and an automatic car could be provided for work purposes.
