Our clients - a young family - are looking for an experienced housekeeper to join their team, looking after their large period residence. You must have high standards and an eye for detail. Working alongside two other housekeepers. The residence has antiques and fine furniture so you must ideally have experience caring for them ( However training can be given if not) . The ideal person for this role will be an all rounder, able to maintain the general tidiness of the family home and happy to help out where needed
We are looking for someone with a flexible, can do attitude and a willingness to get involved!. You must be child and pet friendly as they have a friendly dog and cat.
Duties to include
- Hands on Housekeeping
- Laundry and ironing
- Care of antiques and silver
- Ability to cook, lay tables etc when required is a bonus
- Meet and greet guests,
- Errands and shopping on occasion
- Dealing with contractors and trades people
Driving essential due to the location, Must have own car
Hours Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm with flexibility Saturday cover on a rota basis, no more than 2 Saturdays a month
Salary £30k gross per annum ( Dept on experience)
