Greycoat Lumleys’ International Corporate client leading alternative investment firm is seeking a well presented Italian speaker Office Manager that will join their team in their very new London Based office in Mayfair.


This role would be perfect for someone who is willing to pursue a career in the financial market preferably with some Economic background but not essential, team player will be fundamental and good knowledge of Italian would be necessary to liaise with their Headquarters in Milan and Luxembourg.


Career progression is a key fundamental for our client when it comes to the right candidate as their office in London is expanding and planning to grow this year, The new Office Manager will need to travel between London-Milan-Luxembourg at least once every 2 months.


The right candidate will be working closely with the Operating Partner in the day to day running of the London Office and PA duties for the Managing Director of the Company.


As Office Manager you will need to have the following set of skills:


· Fluent Italian speaker

· Ability to interact with all members of the team, from top-down

· Experience with Microsoft Office and particularly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

· Strong administration skills

· Highly organised

· Flexible

· Well presented


Salary: 30k

Working Hours: Monday to Friday office hours.
