A client of ours - a property management company - is looking for an Office Manager to join their team ASAP.  This is a great role, a chance to work in a small but busy team and your chance to be super organised and run that office!

The role:


  • General Office Management
  • Keeping kitchen and fridge stocked
  • Communication needs / queries / issues (Landlines & Mobiles)
  • Health & Safety management (in the workplace)
  • Utilities management
  • Additional Contract management
  • Facilities Management/ordering (office / kitchen / sanitary / stationary)
  • Risk Assessments including Fire Safety
  • Arranging Insurances (Building, Employers, Professional Indemnity, Office) with Head of Finance
  • Office Planning Preventative Maintenance Management (PPM)
  • First Aider & Fire Marshall management
  • Office quarterly inspections
  • Organising and facilitating CPD training for the Teams
  • Managing all companywide marketing
  • General Office Management
  • Managing Calendars (Holiday / Car Park / Meeting Rooms / Partners)
  • Communication (related needs / queries / issues)
  • Utilities management
  • Management of Supply Chain and supply chain committee meetings
  • Ad-hoc PA services to the other Partners & Travel Booking assistance
  • On boarding staff
  • Off boarding staff
  • Ad Hoc Holiday requests


  • Managing IT resources
  • Managing IT issues and liaising with our IT provider
  • Arranging repairs
  • Dealing with IT training / issues
  • IT Solutions (related needs / queries / issues)
  • Communication (related needs / queries / issues)
  • Laptop & Phone set ups
  • Device management / procurement


  • Managing and co-ordinating all Marketing
  • Ad Hoc assistance from time to time

Salary:  £28,000-£33,000 GPA depending on experience

Hours:  Monday to Friday 09.30-17.00
