An unique opportunity has arisen to join a new venture of one our clients.  Our client is looking for a PA who has a background in makeup with a focus on branding and marketing of the products.  This is an exciting role and one that for the right person could lead to professional development in the future.  It's a diverse role with a lot of different areas to work in, so we are looking for that very special candidate.  Working with this client is not to be missed:  one of the UK's top business minds who is extremely creative and energetic.  There is a lot to be learned here! 

The role is a brand new role, being created for this team and is the only one in the team at present, so more details to follow, but broadly consists of:

  • Project management across a broad spectrum including marketing and branding ideas
  • Working very closely with the principal
  • Diary management
  • Email management
  • Setting up basic measures and SOPs
  • Financial and accounts inputting and management of that side

You have:

  • 3-5 years of experience as working with a PA
  • Financial acumen and experience of working with finances and accounts
  • A background in marketing and branding or in make up!
  • A quick thinking mind, one capable of solving problems
  • The ability to think on your feet and respond to ever-changing situations
  • Developed organisational skills and can apply to them all situations
  • Your own established network within the industry
