Busy HNW family living between 4 locations requires a super-organised, adaptable PA with a happy disposition and a sense of humour!
Duties will be varied and will include: helping to organise family logistics for the parents and their four children (10 – 18); diary management and sychronisation; making travel arrangements, domestic and international; restaurant and theatre bookings; assisting with family admin and record keeping; organising events; paying bills and record keeping for three UK properties; organising and liaising with outside contractors; liaising with the staff at the different properties; administrating the payroll; shopping and errand-running, and much more.
The PA will be based in the family’s London (Holland Park) home and will report directly to the Principal, with frequent liaison with her husband’s PA. There will be frequent interaction with other staff members in London and at the other properties.
The ideal candidate will be extremely organised and efficient and will show an ability to prioritise and multi task without making errors. They will be able to work independently but also able (and happy) to take direction, have excellent IT skills, immaculate presentation skills and neat handwriting. They should be calm and unflappable, and able to cope with unexpected changes of plan. They must be friendly and able to get on with everyone. Most importantly, they should be unfailingly discrete, have a cheery personality and an understanding of busy family life.
