Our client are an award winning Rosette restaurant in the beautiful area of South Hertfordshire, thirty minutes from Central London. They are seeking an exceptionally talented Pastry Chef de Partie looking for an exciting opportunity to work alongside the Michelin Star status Head Chef.

This is an incredible opportunity to gain a wealth of knowledge and experience in fine dining. This role offers progression and the ideal candidate would have a desire to grow with the company.

 

 

As Pastry Chef de Partie you will:

 

  • Be working alongside Michelin Star Status Head Chef

  • Assist the Head Chef ensuring the Pastry section is run to the highest standards

  • Be willing and enthusiastic to learn all sections in time with a passion for food

  • Have at least 2 years’ fine dining experience – Michelin or Rosette background is preferred

  • Assist in maintaining exceptional standards at all time

  • Have basic hygiene, health and safety qualifications

  • Have excellent communication skills

  • Have an enthusiastic, hardworking nature with a positive attitude able to get on well with your team

 

Salary: £23,000 - £26,000

Hours: Closed Sunday night through to Tuesday dinner, with an additional day off each week
