A client of ours – a restaurant and bar tucked away in a hidden courtyard in the historic heart of Mayfair – is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie who is eager, ambitious and looking for a new challenge.
The restaurant and bar remain one of London’s favourite dining destinations, comprised of two dining spaces, an award-winning cocktail lounge, a bar, extensive private dining options and one of the very best outdoor dining spaces in London.
They are looking for a talented Pastry Chef de Partie that will be working independently in the pastry section preparing a high volume of desserts whilst maintaining quality in each dish served. It is essential that the Pastry Chef has experience preparing and serving afternoon tea and modern pastry techniques experience.

Salary: £15 Gross Per hour
Hours: 50 a week + paid overtime
5 days out of 7 on a rota basis
