A client of ours - a three Michelin-star French restaurant located inside a 5-star hotel in Mayfair – is looking for talented Pastry Chefs from all levels, from Commis to Demi Chef de Partie, and Chef de Partie to Sous Chef to join their pastry team. 

From personally tailored menus to the artfully designed dining room, the restaurant is an elegant expression of craft. In this three Michelin-star restaurant, each dish is grounded in seasonal produce from the farmers, makers and growers carefully chosen by the Executive Chef.

This is an exciting opportunity for passionate Pastry Chefs with a solid experience in fine dining to join an established brand under a forward-thinking team and management. They work with the best suppliers using seasonal produce and are looking for detail-oriented and motivated Pastry Chefs. The ideal candidate has a background in Michelin-starred restaurants.

 Salaries and specifications

  • Pastry Commis Chef: £25,500 + overtime + service charge

  • Pastry Demi Chef de Partie: £29,000 + overtime + service charge

  • Pastry Chef de Partie: £31,000 + overtime + service charge

  • Pastry Senior Chef de Partie: £34,000 + overtime + service charge
  • Pastry Sous Chef: £40,000 - £45,000 + overtime + service charge

  • Salaries depend on experience and are stated as Gross per Annum
  • 48 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday

  • Days off: Sunday and Monday
  • Location: Mayfair, London
