Ecommerce Assistant/Multimedia Designer

Our client is situated In Parson Green looking for a multimedia designer and market to be keen to work alongside senior members of the team to deliver agile and versatile designs that play a key role in showcasing the brand across both online stores, and on-site retail locations and social media. 

Responsibilities:

  • Working collaboratively with the marketing and leadership teams to produce homepage assets, specific launch and general web pages, customer emails, site banners, social media graphics and any campaign assets required.
  • Ability to understand and analyse sales and marketing data to support online sales
  • Ability and confidence to conceptualise and deliver multimedia campaigns
  • Producing, uploading and maintaining content for our online store
  • Reviewing product performance online and in-store
  • Have outstanding attention to detail and a keen eye for razor-sharp design
  • Actively responsive to fluctuating business workloads
  • Ensuring all projects are executed within timelines and schedules
  • Understand the creative vision of the business and take direction from senior members of the team
  • Offline designs as and when required, for example, the design of vinyl graphics for use in physical storefronts during seasonal campaign launches
  • An awareness and interest in design across beauty fashion and lifestyle trends
  • Delivering digital reports (sales performance, customer profile etc.. ) based on usage of digital platforms (Google/Shopify etc..)

Requirements:

  • Proactive and highly motivated individual
  • Confident to explore new ways of working
  • Knowledge of the social landscape
  • A strong interest in fashion and retail
  • Mac literate
  • Excellent knowledge of professional design software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator Shopify and InDesign)
  • Understand the best digital output formats, ensuring everything is saved correctly for optimal web performance
  • Ability to adhere to branding style guides, whilst offering new ideas to explore

Hours: 40 hours per week 

Salary:28,000 to  £30,000GPA
