Property Manager - LIVE OUT - Bremen, Germany

Our client is seeking a candidate who will be responsible for managing two private residences and two commercial apartments in Bremen, Germany.

These properties are located very near each other

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall day-to-day activities and coordination of the properties management making sure that all areas of environment run smoothly and work together successfully.

The property manager will be responsible the maintenance and managing with external vendors, staff. He will represent the owner and will manage a renovation of one of the houses.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Manage properties and staff on a daily basis representing the owner in this process
  • Constantly communicating with the office of the house owner and the tenant of another property and managing their requests.
  • Welcoming and accommodating guests
  • Organize small events at the place and coordinate vendors
  • Perform regular site visits, arrange and monitor all on-going maintenance/construction projects performed by external contractors;
  • Inspecting and arranging maintenance to meet standards
  • Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers, travel agencies, event/conference planners etc
  • Suggest and implement new ideas for the property improvements
  • Support property owners in their life at the estate

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years in Property management
  • Experience in events-management
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Being ready for the specific private requests 24/7 
  • Great decision making and problems solving skills
  • Creativity and passion to work

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member;

Skills & Knowledge Preferrable

  • Established relationships with local contractors and service providers
  • Experience in private property management

Candidate should ideally be located near Bremen, Germany. Relocation can also be an option
