Greycoat Lumleys’ client is a stunning Country House Hotel near Windermere in the Lake District. They are looking for a Restaurant Manager to run the food and beverage operations in this 32 bedroom, 4* hotel with 3 AA Rosette restaurant. This is a superb opportunity to work in a privately owned hotel with big plans to develop their F&B offerings and is an amazing opportunity to grow with an already successful business. You will take on a prominent role becoming one of the faces of the hotel and an integral part of the team pushing for more accolades.
Duties to include:-
Smooth running of front of house with a focus on the restaurant
Ensuring all aspects of the hotel are running correctly and up to standard
Taking on the role of Duty Manager in the absence of the GM
Staffing levels and rotas
Training and developing staff
Overseeing the running of weddings and other events
Must have experience as a Restaurant Manager at a 4 red star property with multi-rosette restaurant, looking for someone with a warm and friendly personality who will be part of the experience for the guests.
Salary: up to £30k
Working days: 5 days per week
