Our client, an ever-expanding prestigious catering and events company spread across London and Surrey, have an amazing role for an up and coming Sales Director. We are looking for a strong Senior Sales Manager ready to take their next step forward into a Directors role. This is a brilliant opportunity if you have been wanting a very exciting career move into a more senior role.

About the Role:

  • This role will be based in Surrey, so you must be able to reach this area conveniently. Driving will be beneficial.

  • Our clients company consists of 6 incredible brands, leading the trends in London’s events scene. You will see to 4 of the brands ranging from elaborate events, corporate and private entertainment, bespoke black tie occasions and conferences, elaborate corporate Christmas parties, air shows and sporting events, and weddings – all scattered across the UK.

  • This is the ideal role for a Senior Sales Manager looking for their next career move into a Directors role.

  • You will have strong management skills, however we are not looking for a seasoned director. This is an ideal role for someone wanting to take on a new adventure and further their career.

About You:

  • The ideal candidate will have experience managing their own budget in pro-active sales, and have a minimum of 7 years of experience in sales within a Catering and Events background with budgets in the region of £20 Million.

  • You will have proven experience in KPI targets and strategies.

  • You will be leading a team of 6 to 8 staff members, including seasonal staff.

  • You will have excellent communication skills, and be extremely articulate, able to present presentations both written and orally.

  • We are seeking someone with a driven, passionate, big personality who will be able to take this role and flourish in it personally and professionally.


Salary: £50,000 -60,000 Base with a £20,000 Bonus
