Greycoat Lumleys’ client is a stunning 5* Hotel with 3 Rosette restaurant in Perthshire. They are looking for a Sommelier to oversee wine lists for both the fine dining restaurant and the brasserie. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at one of Scotland’s top hotels and sell some stunning wines. The Hotel is continuing to grow and they are looking for someone who can grow and develop with it.
Duties to include:-
Set up of dining rooms for service
Writing and maintain an interesting wine list
Maintaining good relationships with suppliers
Ensuring GP targets are met
Running wine service during lunch and dinner
Making recommendations to guests
Liaising with Head chef on wine matching with dishes
Must be very customer focused with a passion for delivering the best possible experience, must be a good team player who can fit seamlessly with the current team.
Salary: £30k plus gratuities
Working days: 5 days per week
