Greycoat Lumleys’ client is a stunning 5* country house hotel in Dornoch in the Highlands. As Sous Chef you will work closely with the Head chef and a kitchen team of 7 delivering fine dining cuisine for their 30 cover restaurant. This small hotel has a fantastic reputation and is ideally placed to use the best ingredients Scotland has to offer.
