A catering company in north west London is looking for a Sous Chef to join their growing team. They focus on weddings, events, film and fashion catering as well as working for some big corporate companies, in normal times.
- Working as part of a team and being part of that time to produce and present great food.
- Supporting the Head Chef in their absence.
- Creating menus and coming up with new ideas.
- Having an eye for detail and a good palate.
- Communicating with clients.
- Running jobs on your own, as well as working with the other Chefs to deliver.
- Managing agency Chefs if required.
- Love cooking and have a passion for food.
- Enjoy working as part of a team and also on your own.
- Are creative.
- Can come up with different ideas for menus.
- Have good communication skills.
Salary: £30,000 GPA approx
