A client of ours -with a vibrant and contemporary restaurant set in the heart of Bond Street. The restaurant serves modern cuisine, The Restaurant is open for light breakfasts and delicious all-day dining food choices.

Looking for a Sous Chef to join their team ASAP.

The role:

  • Responsible for the food offering as directed by the Chef in charge, to plan, prepare, monitor the quality of food, and ensure consistency in offering a high standard of cuisine to the guests, including menus change regularly and modern cuisine geared to the seasons. 
  • Work alongside with the Head Chef and Executive Chef to ensure a consistent standard of food is delivered in the restaurant.

  • 40 hours per week
