A beautiful hotel set in the gorgeous coastal countryside of north Yorkshire, is looking for many staff.  This role is for a Sous Chef, leading the newly refurbished restaurant and bar.  This restaurant uses locally sourced or grown on-site produce, so you will be responsible for driving the team to deliver a knowledgeable, friendly, exclusive restaurant service.  The hotel and restaurant have a focus on sustainability and all the ingredients have a story to tell.
