A client of ours - a family owned, very successful, independent pub company with a history of over 50 years in the industry - is currently looking for a Sous Chef to join their team.
Are you passionate about food with a great eye for taste and flavour as we are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their busy team?
We are looking for an experienced and talented Sous Chef to support our Head Chef and his team who create fabulous, fresh dishes – using the best of seasonal, local ingredients. You will also be able to use your creative skills to help develop specials.
Experience of good kitchen management would be ideal too in terms of stock management and achieving food gross profit targets.

A hygiene qualification, excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness are all be essential for this role. But we’re interested in your personality and potential too – not just your previous experience.
- Salary £26-28,000 per annum plus tips
