A client of ours - a high-end London-based company specialising in luxury events and bespoke catering – is looking for a talented Sous Chef to join their catering team in South-West London. The company prides itself on its superb food with a creative approach and is one of the leading high-end catering companies in London.
The company caters for high-profile clients including celebrities and UHNW individuals, high-end banks and companies. Their events take place at prestigious venues such as The Royal Albert Hall, Science Museum and the National History Museum and include Royal Ascot, private dinners, charity galas and fashion events.
The Sous Chef will play a key role in the Events Business, ensuring that every tasting converts into a spectacular event and will be based at their state-of-the-art kitchens in SW London working within a team of 10 chefs.

Specifications:
Salary: £38,000 to £42,000 GPA + overtime, depending on experience
50 hours per week
