Having an office based in Buxton makes it easier for our candidates, old and new to come to register with us. The biggest benefit however is that we can get out to see our clients easily and we spend at least 1 or 2 days per week getting out and visiting our clients, taking new jobs and talking through the options. This year we have been out to see new clients in North Yorkshire, Ribble Valley, Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire, Cheshire and Derbyshire.
We find it so helpful to meet our clients at home to really understand what it is they need. The feedback from our clients is that they too find it a valuable process, meeting us face to face and understanding what we are going to do for them and how we work. We have over 20 years of experience working in private households and over 16 years in recruitment between us, we can offer you practical advice on how best to meet your recruitment needs.
After an initial telephone conversation, we will be able to decide if a client visit is going to help and then get a date in the diary as soon as possible. All client visits come with no obligation and we are also able to offer you preferential rates for exclusivity.
