'Reliability, loyalty, discretion, honesty, diligence, high levels of care and attention' are the traits managing director Salter looks for in recruiting domestic staff. However, with 39 different revenue streams on a permanent basis, it is impossible to define exactly what Salter and her team are looking for in the staff they recruit.
The market is more lucrative than ever, and Salter employs 42 staff across four offices in the UK and Dubai. The business has been running for almost twenty years with a driving philosophy of integrity, professionalism and trust.
Clients are from all around the world and generally work in the financial sector. It's not just a service for UHNW and HNW households; Salter says that often her client are mass affluents who work too hard to manage their home on their own.
Jobs include household managers, child carers, housekeepers and hospitality staff, 'covering every aspect from babies to adults, both inside and outside the home'.
