A hardworking, personable, and ambitious chef. He has gained valuable experience in refined dining environments across the UK, France, and Australia. His achievements include being shortlisted for Harbour Hotels Chef of the Year 2023, selected as one of six chefs from 13 hotels nationwide, and winning the Bristol Hoteliers Association Chef of the Year Mystery Box Competition. During Glastonbury Festival 2023, he worked alongside Michelin-trained and Michelin-starred chefs, helping coordinate brigade operations for high-profile banquet events. He was also awarded a full sports scholarship to Clifton College, captained the First XV, and received Academic Prizes for Business in both 2015 and 2016.
