He is a great positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills. He embraces new challenges with enthusiasm and determination. As an excellent team player, he effectively communicates with colleagues at all levels and with the public. He has been with his current employer for over 10 years and as the estate is being sold he is now ready for a change and a new challenge. He won awards in Dorset for his work at his current estate, which opens up to the public every other year. He is a fabulous find!
