Bar Assistant Job

Greycoat Lumleys are proud to be working exclusively with Escapade, which is a 5* hotel situated on the track at Silverstone.  This is a pre-opening and opening and an incredible venue to be working with.  They require passionate, motivated individuals, who love what they do and really want to be part of such an amazing opportunity. We are recruiting for a number of positions, and Bar Staff is one of them!  We are looking for a team of amazing Bar Assistants/Bar Backs, who come from a 4* or 5* background.  Additionally, you must have a passion for hospitality and 5* service, whilst performing your job to the highest level.  This is a six month role at first, starting at the end of April and is part of a pre-opening, so it's a super fun venture to be part of, but you must be resilient. 

As this site is rural, you must be a driver or have access to a car.  There is no public transport nearby.

Duties:

  • Greeting the guests warmly and assisting in providing a welcoming and engaging atmosphere

  • Taking drinks orders and serving to guests. 

  • Creating a memorable experience. 

  • Assisting in the set up of the bar. 

  • Cleaning the bar and ensuring it's clean, organised and well-maintained. 

  • Preparing a variety of drinks - both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.

  • Monitoring inventory levels. 

  • Working closely with the Bar team to maintain a smoothly operating bar.
