The family are looking for someone who is cheerful, calm and happy to help as and when needed over 40 hours in the week. The family are very much hands on and love spending time on their own with their son so are looking for someone who will fill in any gaps, such as when they have meetings, or would like to go our for dinner. This will mostly be over weekends but will need to be available during the week as well. The family fly to London for a long weekend at least once a month and the nanny will be required to travel with them, and also to various other locations around Europe and possible the Bahamas. There will be a lot of time off in this role so the right person needs to be happy in their own company. Being a driver will be considered a big bonus. Experience with similar aged children, a DBS dated with the last 12 months or on the update service and an up to date first aid certificate are all essential for this role. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to nurturing and supporting young people and will be an excellent communicator.
