Live out Senior Housekeeper job in High Street Kensington, West London
A client of Greycoat Lumleys are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Housekeeper to help in the smooth running of their 6-bedroom home in Kensington.
The couple has two young children and has a baby on the way. Completing the family is a pet dog. Dad travels frequently for work and is out of the country about half of the year.
This is an informal family home with high standards, and they employ a full time Housekeeper, Chauffeur and Nanny.
Duties to include:
- Shared Housekeeping including hands on cleaning – including care of marble and fine furnishings
- Shared laundry & ironing
- Wardrobe management
- Packing and unpacking for trips
- Preparing breakfast when Dad is in residence
- Shopping for the household - overseeing online orders
- Liaising with contractors
- Overseeing dry cleaning and keeping track of items sent out and received
- Dog walking twice a day
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in a similar role, be child friendly and discreet, have an exceptionally high attention detail and be tech savvy.
House: 6 storeys, 5 bedrooms
Days: Rota shifts with 5 days on and 2 days off
Hours: 9-5 with flexibility to work longer hours Dad is in residence (he travels frequently)
Salary: £Negotiable based on experience
