Daily Maintenance/Gardener Job - Ripon North Yorkshire - start ASAP - full-time - £35,000 gpa
Our client is looking for an experienced Maintenance/Gardener person to take on a full-time role looking after a large period property in Ripon North Yorkshire. The household consists of 2 adults, a dog and occasional visiting family.
The property is extensive and also has a swimming pool, tennis court and around 2 acres of formal garden mainly laid to lawn and additional parkland/woodland.
The client is looking for a Maintenance/Gardener person who can be proactive and self manage.
Duties will include:
Maintaining the Pool and Tennis court
General Maintenance Gardening
Use and care of garden tools and machinery
General property maintenance both inside and out
Lawn mowing
Basic woodland work
Driving duties - occasional airport runs and evening driving locally
Care and maintenance of the household vehicles
Working hours will normally be Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm but with flexibility needed for occasional evening and weekend work (driving and when entertaining) when time can be taken off in lieu.
£35,000 GPA depending on experience
