Corporate PA Job

Our client - a well known company in Saudi Arabia - is currently looking for Executive Assistants to join their team. This is a super exciting role and one not to be missed!  The company based on the eastern shores of Saudi is recruiting on a large scale and we are sourcing for several roles for them.  They are an internationally based company with a global outlook and a desire to ensure that not just the KSA are benefiting but also economies and communities around the world are as well.  Due to the nature of the role, confidentiality and discretion are very important and candidates must be aware of this from the start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complex diary/calendar management

  • Organising travel itineraries, visa applications and handling expenses. 

  • Meeting facilitation including minute taking and composing agendas. 

  • Performing highly confidential administrative duties. 

  • Composition, editing and review of confidential correspondence. 

  • Compilation of statistical information, reports and presentations. 

  • Office manager and other secretarial duties as required.

You:

  • Have a minimum of five years of experience as a professional PA, EA or Secretary.

  • Consider yourself to be highly adaptable and flexible and love building relationships with people.

  • Are a strong typist and pride yourself on your excellent typing skills. 

  • Will combine excellent written and oral English with attention to detail, initiative and the ability to thrive under pressure.

  • Are fully conversant in Microsoft Office.

Salary:  Negotiable, but in the region of £50,000 GBP
