After-school Nanny Role – Central London ASAP start
A warm and welcoming family based in Central London is seeking an experienced and reliable afternoon nanny to support the care of their three young children: a 3-year-old and 1-year-old twins, all of whom attend school or nursery.
This is a shared-charge role, working alongside a very supportive grandmother and, on occasion, a parent. There will be rare instances of sole charge of all three children.
Location: Close to Regent’s Park / Baker Street / Great Portland Street
Role responsibilities
School and nursery pick-ups
Engaging the children in play, park outings, and simple learning activities
Assisting with dinner, bath time, and the evening routine
Light child-related duties, including preparing snacks and simple meals, organising school/nursery bags, and tidying play areas
Occasional sole charge of one or two children
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience with young children (experience with babies and/or twins is highly desirable)
Warm, reliable, and an effective communicator
Comfortable working in a shared-charge environment alongside a parent or grandparent
Confident managing school/nursery pick-ups and daily routines
Comfortable managing allergies
Able to stay later one evening per week (until 8:00 pm)
Not allergic to cats
Cantonese or French language skills are a bonus
Seeking a long-term, stable role
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 2:30 pm – 7:30 pm
One evening per week until 8:00 pm
£22 - £24 per hour
